A.
at least three feet in each line
B.
four feet in each line
C.
There is no rule.
D.
any number, but no more than five
To qualify as a poem, Waleed's text must contain any number, but not more than five in any one line. As a result, choice (D) is appropriate.
What in poetry are foot and feet?"A unit of stressed and unstressed syllables in a line of poetry" is what a poetic foot is.
The amount of syllables in each foot determines how poetic a foot is. The trochee and the iamb are two of the most popular feet in English poetry. Both words have simply two syllables.
The length of a line in free verse, which is poetry without a set meter or rhyme scheme, depends on the poet's desire to achieve a particular rhythm or to emphasize certain words by leaving extra space around them.
Hence, option (D) is accurate.

What was the most important thing Susan B. Anthony?
Evaluate (judge) Goodman Brown, including his interactions with the antagonist(s). Use evidence and examples from the story to support your evaluation.
Answer:
In Nathaniel Hawthorne's short story "Young Goodman Brown," the protagonist, Goodman Brown, is a young Puritan man who embarks on a journey through the woods, where he has a series of encounters with various individuals who represent various aspects of human nature.
During his journey, Goodman Brown has several interactions with the main antagonist of the story, who is often referred to as the "old man" or the "devil." The old man serves as a foil for Goodman Brown, representing the opposite of the protagonist's strict Puritan values.
Goodman Brown's interactions with the old man can be seen as a struggle between good and evil, with Goodman Brown ultimately rejecting the old man's offer to join him in his wicked ways. Despite being tempted by the old man's promises of power and knowledge, Goodman Brown ultimately resists and returns home, where he lives the rest of his life in a state of guilt and despair.
One example of Goodman Brown's interaction with the old man is when the old man offers him a staff to help him on his journey. Despite being tempted to accept the staff, Goodman Brown ultimately resists and refuses the offer, saying "with heaven above and Faith below, I will yet stand firm against the devil!" This interaction demonstrates Goodman Brown's commitment to his faith and his resistance to the temptation of evil.
Another example is when the old man tells Goodman Brown about his plan to corrupt Faith, Goodman Brown's wife. Despite being shocked and horrified by the old man's revelation, Goodman Brown resists the temptation to join him and instead decides to continue on his journey alone. This interaction shows Goodman Brown's love and loyalty to his wife, as well as his determination to resist the influence of evil.
Overall, Goodman Brown can be evaluated as a complex and conflicted character who is torn between his desire to live up to his Puritan values and his temptation to succumb to the lure of evil. While he ultimately resists the temptation and remains faithful to his values, his interactions with the old man and his journey through the woods serve as a reminder of the constant struggle between good and evil that exists within all human beings.

At the beginning of Night, before he ever leaves Sighet, Eliezer is a devoutly religious young man. He comes out of his experience in the concentration camps a much different person. Write a 3–4 paragraph essay in which you interpret and describe how Eliezer’s faith is affected by his experiences. Conclude your essay with a section that explains your personal reaction or response to Eliezer’s faith journey. Be sure to include evidence from the text that supports your ideas.
Answer:
In Night, Eliezer is a devoutly religious young man at the beginning of the book. He spends his days studying Torah and Talmud and is deeply committed to his faith. However, as he and his family are deported to Auschwitz and other concentration camps, Eliezer's faith is severely tested. He witnesses countless horrors, including the murder of loved ones and the betrayal of fellow prisoners. In the face of such evil, Eliezer begins to question his belief in God and the justice of the world.
One turning point for Eliezer's faith occurs when he witnesses the hanging of a young boy who is accused of trying to steal a piece of bread. Eliezer is stunned by the injustice of the boy's execution and wonders where God is in all of this suffering. Later, when Eliezer is forced to watch as his father is beaten and humiliated, he feels his faith slipping away. He writes, "Never shall I forget those moments which murdered my God and my soul and turned my dreams to dust" (Night, pg. 35).
As the horrors of the concentration camps continue, Eliezer becomes increasingly disillusioned with his faith. He struggles to find meaning in the suffering he witnesses and wonders why God would allow such evil to exist. Ultimately, Eliezer's experiences in the concentration camps leave him a much different person than he was at the beginning of the book.
Personally, I find Eliezer's faith journey to be deeply moving and thought-provoking. It is heartbreaking to see how his deep belief in God is shattered by the horrors he witnesses, and it is easy to understand how he could lose his faith in the face of such evil. At the same time, I believe that Eliezer's faith journey is a testament to the human capacity for resilience and the enduring power of hope, even in the darkest of circumstances.

Orwell was a British soldier working in British occupied Burma. How does this incident (shooting the elephant) symbolize the conflict between the rulers and those being ruled? From essay “shooting an elephant”
According to Orwell, it serves as a metaphor for how colonialism affects both the coloniser and the colonised. The elephant, like a colonised population, has its freedom restricted, and it only acts violently defiant in response to being confined.
What is the analysis of Shooting an Elephant? There is no doubt that "Shooting an Elephant" is about more than Orwell killing the elephant; he describes the entire incident as "a tiny occurrence in itself, but it offered me a better view than I had previously of the real essence of imperialism - the fundamental causes for which tyrannical governments act." The surprising thing is that totalitarian administrations care about how their poor victims see them rather than simply imposing their iron grip on them without regard for their ideas. As a result, one of the primary paradoxes in "Shooting an Elephant" is that despots and imperial rulers actually care about how their colonised subjects view them, but the coloniser loses his own freedom.
