2. When using facial expression in ASL, is it important to feel the emotion of the facial
expression? Why or why not?
Answer:
The expression on a person's face can even help determine if we trust or believe what the individual is saying. Facial expressions are also among the most universal forms of body language. The expressions used to convey fear, anger, sadness, and happiness are similar throughout the world.
Answer:
Yes it is important. It is important because that way whoever you are communicating with will understand your emotion and understand how you feel. It is also important because usually your facial expression can usually send people signs of either abuse, bullying, or another signs that are negative. Some people use facial expressions to speak with each other without actually using their mouth (if you understand what I am trying to say), and sometimes you don't have to say anything for anyone to know how you feel. If you don't feel the emotion of your facial expression, it can cause confusion and will not be easy to determine how you or that person is feeling.
(I know it's a lot, but I hope you understand the concept and this is useful, I tried to not write as much as I think in my head lol!)

Explanation:
In paragraphs 1 and 2, what text hints at Shapiro's opinion about Martha Carrier's trial? What
is that opinion?
Answer:
Shapiro takes a stand against Martha Carrier's trial.
Explanation:
Although Shapiro did not directly certify that it was against Martha Carrier's judgment, when reading the first paragraphs of the text she wrote, we can see that she was against that judgment. That's because she highlights the crazy charges Carrier received, as well as showing how her children were tortured to stand against their mother. With this evidence, Shapiro shows that a woman has been unjustly accused on counterfeit and meaningless accusations, that is, Shapiro shows how he thinks this trial was a great injustice.
